Yes. A Google Workspace (business) account is required for secure cloud storage and document management through Google Drive. Personal Gmail accounts are not supported.

Is QuickBooks included with Baselayer?

QuickBooks is not included in the Baselayer subscription. Baselayer connects to your existing QuickBooks account, so you will need your own active QuickBooks subscription for accounting integration.

Do I need my own iPad?

Only on the Software Only plan. The Software + 1 iPad and Software + 2 iPads plans include iPad 10th Generation devices (11" WiFi) which become yours to keep after 12 months, with one year of insurance included.
